Our decaf is a medium roast with tasting notes of brown sugar, dried apricots, golden raisins and a citrus acidity. It is great as an espresso or milk-based coffee. We have managed to surprise even the pickiest and most well-educated baristas into thinking that tastes like caffeinated coffee.
